The original hose had a faulty part, but the seller quickly resolved the issue and sent a replacement hose. This seller stands behind 100% customer satisfaction. This hose is a must have for cold weather. The hose works great and I recommend this hose.

Once you get it to relax and unfurl, it installs easy and works great. Ive had below zero temps and no freeze up on this hose.

Hose worked great all winter. It kept the water flowing.

Works great, went camping and lows got into the upper 20’s didn’t have any issues. The adapter it came with was needed. We flushed the hose for 2 minutes to make sure there was no bad residue in the hose.

This product kept my water running during the Texas Snowstorm, but please be aware that the cord is far too short to use on a normal RV where the outlet and water intake aren’t within inches of eachother. You will need an outdoor rated extension cord that can take the wet and cold, and a way to protect the extension cord on both ends from the rain/snow that’s the issue in the first place. Overall good idea and design, but will require extra parts and work to use safely, which could all just be resolved with a few more feet of cord.
