I love this book! Peace is always within reach. The author guides you to the breath and understanding the mind at a deeper level. You feel the bliss.

Everything I have read or listened to by Thich Nhat Hanh has given me priceless guidance on my journey to be present and mindful. The How to Focus book is yet another meaningful tool for me.

This was an easy read, full of wisdom. I’ve listened to enough of his audiobooks that I can hear his voice as I read.

Great simple philosophy. Leading to reduced stress for many.

And focus… the author never disappoints. Mindfulness, we all need some.

Excellent content in a very cute, small-sized (4″ x 6″) book. Bought it for my daughter; it was well received. Part of a 9 book series. Check out ‘How to Sit’ for the start of the series.
